Fast Five

This movie Lived up to its hype. The fifth movie of the series, but number four in the sequence was probably the best one yet. It is known that this film is suppose to of taken place before Tokyo Drift because Han plays himself In movie five, but dies in number 3. I loved how they brought back the main people from each of the previous movies and put them all into one giant film of action. This movie did not focus as much on the racing of the cars as the previous movies did, but it was still a movie which will be enjoyed. There are numerous awesome car scenes, but this time they added in more fighting and action. Instead of Bryan O'Connor being the good guy/ bad guy cop they brought in a new character Hobbs, who is played by Dwayne Johnson to be the hard ass FBI agent. There is a real good fight scene between Dom and  Hobbs, I can tell you that. This is a 100% must see movie, especially if you have kept pace with the series. They give a spoiler away at the end of the movie. This spoiler in my eyes is that they are going to make a movie number 6. In the previous movies they talk about certain destinations which the next movies take place in. For example Han talks about the Tokyo market when Dom tells him to ride solo, and Dom talks about how Rio is nice this time of year. After theses statements Han plays in Tokyo drift, and movie number five takes place in Rio. In my eyes Movie number six takes place in either Berlin or Madrid. When you go to watch this movie stay a little bit longer for the extra scene, they throw a surprising twist our way.

Battle: Los Angeles

Battle: Los Angeles was a good action movie with a lot of fighting scenes. This was not the best alien movie I've seen, but it was an awesome fighting movie. I liked the alien aircraft's and how they operated as droids from the mother ship. This movie was a bit long, but if your willing to sit for 2 hours to watch a crap load of fighting you will love this movie. The action in this movie starts off right away, and doesn't finish to the dieing seconds of the movie. I thought this movie would resemble the movie Cloverfield, in the sense that they all would die at the end. Being just a single platoon with 60% of there men dead I had no confidence in them winning. But being more of a fighting movie the characters were bound to survive and win. Overall I enjoyed this movie, and I would watch it again

Source Code

The Source Code starring Jake Gyllenhaal was a good interesting movie. The movie gets into the action right away. Colter Stevens is sent using the source code back into a virtual reality where he has 8 minutes to figure out who is behind the bombing of the train in order to stop a series a bombings. With each failed attempt he falls more in love with a woman he meets on the train. With every movie there is a twist, so i thought the twist to this movie would be that either him or Christina the girl he falls in love with would be the bomber. But I was wrong the twist to this movie comes later. Colter Stevens is a Soldier who flies a helicopter in the army. Being a soldier he constantly tries to save the lives of the people on board the train; even thou he is told they will always die due to it being the source code and not real. His persistence pays off at the end of the movie, he finds a way to save everyone on board the train. In my opinion I do not think everyone on the train survived. I think the way the movie ends it is not real life, but actually a virtual world of Colter Stevens's imagination. None the less the way the movie ends is a good ending, and I would recommend you guys checking it out.

Scream 4

Scream 4!  just like the other scream movies this one lived up to its hype.  Throughout the movie you will be guessing who the killer is and your guesses will always change as that individual dies. This movie has multiple awesome kill scenes, which will make the hair on your arms stand. I enjoyed how they added parts and idea's from the original scream movies and put them all together into which should be the final scream movie. The screen writers for this movie did a good job, there were a couple of jump scenes which were good. I also enjoyed how they incorporated some funny scenes into it as well. This movie had an amazing ending, one in which was expected due to the scream series, but at the same time completely different. There is a good twist to the ending of this movie. I don't want to spoil it for you so your just going to have to go check the movie out for yourself. I will tell you this though you will like enjoy it.

Paul

Paul was a good movie which i enjoyed. It was good how they started it off with a bit of background on the 2 sci-fi nerds Graeme Willy and Clive Gollings. These two guys are from the UK visting the American UFO hot spots. While visiting they encounter Paul. Paul is an alien who is on the run from a top secret military operation which has been keeping him prisoner for the last 60 years. Paul isn't just a regular alien, he is a chilled layed back alien who likes to party, drink, and smoke weed. Paul is a funny dude who will keep you laughing through out the movie. the RV that they are driving kills a bird; then Paul picks up the bird and heals it. this makes everyone think awww Paul is a careing alien. Just as you think that he devours the bird in one bite. This was a spoiler that was shown in theaters. first time I saw it I was dieing of laughter. I don't want to spoil the ending but let me say this, there is always a twist. This twist with the agent following him was not expected. I would recommend you going to see the movie Paul if your down for a couple of laughs.

Insidious

The movie started out boring, but overall i liked it. I saw this movie with my girlfriend and let me say this I have never seen a movie which made people jump like this one did. the entire movie theater was jumping both guys and girls. The first scene which really makes you jump out of your seat is when the mother goes to check up on her baby while the door alarm is going off. as the camera turns the corner you see a ghost at the window and the room is kind of red. This scene had the entire theater jump. It was an unexpected jump moment, and that is a reason why i enjoyed this movie. It was not as predictable as normal movies, so the scare scenes were legit scare jump scenes. Overall I think this movie was a good choice to see and I would recomend it to others especially a movie to bring your girlfriend to. They will be in your arms the entire movie.
